1. Cancellations and Refunds

  • We understand that plans can change, so Toast Time allows cancellations with a full store credit refund if the order is cancelled before 12 PM on business days.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM for next-day delivery cannot be cancelled, as preparations will already be underway.
  • Please note, we do not offer cash refunds, and any refunds will be issued as store credits for future use.

2. Order Updates

  • If you need to make updates to your order, such as adding or removing items, requests must be made by 3 PM on business days before the scheduled delivery date.
  • For next-day deliveries, orders must be placed before 12 PM to ensure timely processing.
  • Should any items in your order become unavailable after it has been placed, we will contact you to offer substitutions or remove the item. Any additional items added to your order will be charged to the credit card used for the original purchase, where applicable.

3. Delivery

  • Toast Time makes deliveries early in the morning, and your order may be left outside your residence. If you have specific delivery instructions, please contact us at +61404569160 prior to your delivery date to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
  • If your order is left outside and subsequently stolen, Toast Time is not liable for the loss. Please ensure your delivery area is secure or provide specific instructions if alternative arrangements are required.
  • Deliveries are typically made between 9PM and 6 AM. In rare instances, especially on busy days, deliveries may occur after 9 PM. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

4. Payment Terms

  • Toast Time operates on a 7-day account payment system, meaning all invoices must be settled within 7 days of the delivery date. We do not offer fortnightly payment options, and payments are expected promptly to ensure smooth operations for all our clients.

5. Allergies

  • Our products may contain common allergens such as nuts, wheat, or dairy. If you or anyone receiving the bread has any allergies, please notify us when placing your order to avoid any potential risks. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products unless explicitly requested and confirmed.

6. Product Handling

  • Once the product is delivered, it is the responsibility of the recipient to store the items appropriately. Bread should be stored in a cool, dry place to maintain its freshness. If not stored properly, Toast Time cannot be held responsible for any product spoilage or damage.
  • Our products are sold ‘as is’ and as per the images and descriptions provided on the website. We do not offer custom products or modifications to the standard bread varieties we distribute.

7. Policy Changes

  • Toast Time reserves the right to make updates or changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We encourage our customers to review our terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
